How We Started
At 1492 Duck Calls, we combine a passion for the outdoors with expert craftsmanship, our journey began in the picturesque landscapes of Holmes, NY, where nature inspires our creations. It wasn't until I got a 5 month old puppy that got me into Duck Calls. You see, we were living in Queens, NY with all the sights and sounds of the city, I needed something to get her attention. So I got her a Duck Call to train with, it worked so well I had a idea, I knew I could make a better Duck Call so after moving out of the city and into the country I went back to my love of wood working, and started crafting my own calls.
